User Accounts

To use certain features of StyloSynk, you must create an account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials (including your PIN)

Be responsible for all activities under your account

Booking & Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment through StyloSynk:

Confirmation Required

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the salon

Cancellation Window

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified by the salon

No-Show Penalty

No-shows may result in penalties as determined by individual salons

Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by salon and are displayed at the time of booking

Payments

Payments processed through StyloSynk are handled securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to:

Pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings
Provide valid payment information

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Use the platform for any illegal purpose

Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

Limitation of Liability

StyloSynk acts as an intermediary platform between customers and salon service providers. We are not responsible for:

The quality of services provided by salons

Any disputes between customers and salon providers

Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our platform

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
