What is StylePass?
StylePass is a prepaid beauty subscription offered by salons on StyloSynk. You choose the services you want and pick a plan — Monthly Plan (1 service per month with up to 30% off) or Flexi Plan (buy a pack and use anytime with up to 15% off). Pay upfront at a discounted rate and redeem at the salon.
How much can I save?
With Monthly Plan, savings range from 12% (3 months) to 30% (12 months) — higher commitment means bigger discounts. With Flexi Plan, you save 10-15% depending on the pack size. Exact pricing is shown during checkout based on your selected services.
Can I use my StylePass at any salon?
Each StylePass is tied to the salon where you purchased it. You can only redeem services at that specific salon. You can have multiple StylePasses for different salons.
What happens if I don't use all my services?
For Monthly Plan, each month's service is use-it-or-lose-it. For Flexi Plan, unused services expire at the end of the validity period. There's a grace period after expiry, and any unused value is partially credited back to you. We'll send reminders to help you use all your services.
How do I redeem my StylePass at the salon?
When you arrive at the salon, show your StylePass QR code from the app. The salon staff will scan it to verify and redeem your service. It's quick and contactless.
